Tom & Phil set up Honest Burgers from a tent, serving burgers and chips at parties and festivals. We’ve now got 43 restaurants across the UK. We make British beef patties in our very own butchery and rosemary chips that are cut and cooked daily in our chipping room. Every restaurant serves local beers from neighboring breweries, and many of our restaurants serve local burgers using ingredients from nearby food heroes which have been created by the team. Today, Tom & Phil still work shifts, they spend time with our teams, listen to our customers and spend time at the farms.

We’re looking for an energetic leader who is passionate about making a big impact to Honest Burgers through exceptional brand management.
Reporting to the CMO, this is the perfect role for anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit that’s passionate about food and brands. As Head of Brand Marketing, you will lead on all marketing plans and campaigns that drive brand performance, generate awareness and support the brand’s commercial objectives.
We are looking for a Brand Specialist who is smart, energetic, creative, commercial, collaborative, organised and with a sense of urgency and ownership.
To govern the brand output both internally and externally.
Owning the marketing calendar to align activity with commercial targets
Drive performance through exceptional campaigns
Lead PR agency relationships
Lead creative and media relationships
Responsible for how the brand expresses itself through all channels (social, CRM, ATL, Restaurant, local marketing, and delivery partners)
Local marketing: supporting our Ops Manages (Area Managers) and Restaurant GMs with the tools and tactics to win locally
Continually enhance the visual look and feel of the brand, maintain the strong identity of the brand built up over 12 years
Support the People team to bring the employer brand to life to help improve recruitment and retention
Create successful launch programmes for any new site openings
Experience of designing and implementing brand strategy.
Experience of managing and directing multi channel brand campaigns
Passion for brands and a strong understanding and knowledge of brand and marketing.
Knowledge, and experience of leisure, hospitality, retail sectors an advantage.
As happy leading on brand strategy as rolling sleeves up to drive brand performance on a local, restaurant level
Extensive experience of successful influence and manage key stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate and operate within multi-functional teams
Led innovative brand teams and have clear evidence of delivering success.
Ambitious team leader with strong proven leadership skills to develop and grow with team.
Ability to maintain effective work performance when dealing with stressful and demanding situations – resilient and effective under pressure.
High operational standards and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing at all levels
Team player with a can-do attitude, ambition, and determination to success in a fast-paced role with lots of room to grow and succeed
