Role: Gatehouse Administrator
Hours: NIGHTS 4 on 4 off 18:00 - 6:00 the role include weekends
Rate: £13 per hour
Location: Wakefield Junction 41
Start date: ASAP
First Choice are actively recruiting for an Administrator to join our reputable client based in Wakefield.
Key accountabilities:
- General admin duties
- Excel Spreadsheet use, knowledge and understanding
- Communication with customers and drivers
- Recording goods in and good out.
- Updating various spreadsheets and data entry as and when required.
- Signing in visitors and completing relevant inductions.
- General Admin such as filing and scanning documents.
- Various duties as and when needed.
For the role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Administration experience
- Works well with a team environment
- Computer Literate including CRM Systems, social media and Microsoft Office programs i.e. Outlook, Word and Excel.
- GSCE Maths & English

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
- Gatehouse Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
