Haystack Café is a Coffee Shop and Kitchen in Brynhyfryd Swansea.
We are Looking for a Pancake Chef/Someone with a passion for pancakes and brunch!
We are looking for individuals that enjoy being creative. The Pancake Chef will be responsible for the entire operations in the kitchen alongside our 2 head chefs. Also has a major input into the menu design and other relative business decisions.

The Haystack Café is an independent coffee shop that covers 34 seats, these seats are always full, especially on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. (will need to be able to work under pressure).
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes and extreme pancakes along side the perfectly made coffee. The café design follows the rural agricultural background of the owners, because of this this we will support local food sources as much as possible when creating our menu and buying produce.
You will have a Kitchen assistant running food and also pot washing and preparing whatever is needed. Training will be shadowing/learning from our current chefs
The perfect pancake flipping skill is essential
Previous experience in a similar role will be extremely beneficial but not a requirement.
