Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Media Account Manager to implement, manage and optimise Revere’s paid digital activation for all campaign activity, ensuring the right objectives, digital channels, audience mix and tactics, are central to all activation plans.
The role will be central to the evolution of our capabilities, seizing on new routes to activate client campaigns and always challenge how we’re delivering for clients across social, established and emerging channels on a global basis.
Key Responsibilities
Overall
- You will manage our digital activation across multiple channels, being the knowledge holder that’s able to advise internal and external stakeholders, and be able to influence our offering through experience and expertise in your field
- You will manage the continuous evolution of our activation approach, including a wide range of digital channels and tactics. Promoting the evolution in our approach as the industry develops, including emerging omnichannel activation routes
- You will develop our social listening, monitoring and marketing services, and be the knowledge holder across social media engagement for paid and organic
- You will utilise martech to reach the right audience at the right time, working with the data team to uncover as much relevant insight as possible to guide decision making and thorough planning
Innovation
- Always reviewing the services we’re adopting and where further enhancements could be made. Available routes of activation are ever-changing and evolving, and you’ll be at the centre of this advancement of our capabilities
- Input into the development of our social listening, monitoring and influencer marketing services
- Based on the uniqueness of our client’s position or proposition, develop the correct routes to engage with the right audience on the right social platform. Develop a comprehensive mix of technology influencers across social media and work with the Paid Media & Social Manager to position this correctly through our planning activity
- Manage on a day-to-day basis new partners that can support, enhance and improve our solutions across social and digital activation channels
Advisory and consultancy
- Manage Revere’s own digital activation and social media strategy, treating Revere as if a fully paid client. Working closely and daily with the Marketing Manager, be forthcoming in suggesting new, bold strategies to aid efforts centred around BD, and activity that will attract our ICPs, within our target organisations, across multiple channels. Finding and engaging with these targets across multiple digital channels will be key, as is joining up the strategic implementation and delivery
- Comprehensive planning and delivery mindset, understanding the importance of having through-through, strategic plans in place for the successful delivery of all campaigns
The team
Technology Solutions is responsible for the scope and delivery of a wide range of technology-focused services via our specialist teams and are always focused on delivering results for our clients.
From consultancy across martech and bespoke application developments, to paid media activation via social and programmatic or end-to-end ABM/ABX and marketing automation services, the Technology Solutions team is always current and an invaluable extension of our clients’ teams.
Key Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, managing social and paid activation activity and working with partners, and implementing new solutions and services
- Have working knowledge of social marketing, listening and monitoring as specific services
- You will be a social media advocate, able to devise and implement highly effective approaches in attracting, retaining, and engaging with target personas and organisations across a range of channels
- Be objective driven and demand the same of others. Proven ability in doing the right thing, not the easy thing in accordance with Revere’s values
- Have working knowledge across programmatic channels and understand the demand/supply technology approaches
- Have used multiple online activation channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads and, potentially programmatic DSPs
- Be able to push through objective-driven changes in content and advert creation, advising internal teams on best practice to achieve optimum results
- Be highly analytical, with a logical mindset that enables you to act based on data. Work with our data team to get the insights you need and the interpretation needed to utilise the insights
- Be adaptable and comfortable holding activation-focused conversations with both internal and external stakeholders, and be adaptable to evolving our delivery based on a client’s previous successes or martech stack
- Be performance-orientated, adaptable and enjoy the challenges that come with running multiple different projects at the same time
- Have strong communication skills to interact with team members, leadership, and clients
