Available Job Today Are you looking for a warehouse role with an immediate start? We are looking for Packing Operatives to join our dedicated and hard-working Day Warehouse team!
You will work 10 hour shifts with a half hour lunch break, between the hours of 06:00 – 18:00 as per the rota, working 4 shifts out of 7.
A strong work ethic and reliability will be required to be successful in this role.
What will you be doing?
Our Packing Operatives will be responsible for picking and packing products ready for distribution to our customers, as well as other general warehouse duties. You will be expected to maintain excellent standards of packing quality, food hygiene and health and safety, ensuring customers receive the best quality produce. This role will require working in a chilled warehouse environment.

A little bit about us:
Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
