Property Photographer
Job description
We are a well-established regional Estate Agent who require a qualified Photographer to provide photographs and floor plans of properties we have been instructed to market for sale across the north Manchester, Tameside, Glossop, Saddleworth, Oldham & Rochdale areas, as well as provide coverage to the Rossendale, Ribble Valley and West Yorkshire areas from time to time.
Photography is often the first thing a potential buyer sees and we need your help to provide outstanding content and make it the most eye-catching, as well as being usable across all our marketing and social platforms. It is our aim to provide the best possible marketing for our clients’ properties and ensure prospective purchasers have the best first impression of every property we are asked to market.
Successful candidates will be able to provide excellent quality photograph. You will be working independently, visiting clients’ properties and delivering high end professional photographs. You will be editing your own images and creating digital floor-plans with the use of software which we will provide and train you to use.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with either a qualification and/or substantial photography experience. You will ideally have some customer service or client-facing experience also and must be the type of person who enjoys being out and about, meeting new people daily. You must have a professional and friendly manner as well as excellent time keeping and communication skills.
This is a good opportunity for a talented, ambitious Photographer to begin a career providing support to a well-known and forward-thinking business. The role will be home based and you will already have your own equipment.
Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week to be worked between Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm and weekends 10:00am to 4:00pm. Flexibility will be required to meet the availability of clients.
OTE £23,900 pa Salary £21,500 pa plus a car allowance of £200 per month. Mileage is claimed at current HMRC rates.
Holidays are 22 days plus 8 statutory holidays.
