Job description
Boon Books are an established online book seller that retails worldwide on a number of marketplaces.
We are looking for a full-time person to join our small and friendly team in our Haywards Heath warehouse.
The successful candidate will be involved in the following areas
- We require someone to help us fulfil our orders. This involves picking and packing individual books, sacking up the parcels and processing this with Royal Mail or other couriers as needed. This can involve some moderate heavy lifting.
- Sorting books and listing them for sale on various marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon using integrated software therefore basic computer knowledge is a must with excel an advantage.
- Some marketplace admin once experienced.
- Answering customer enquiries/complaints so a good command of English is a must.
- Able to work in a team and on own initiative.
- Accuracy and good time keeping is essential.
Full time hours with some flexibility across 7 days a week between the hours of 8.30AM - 5PM.
Minimum wage of £10.42 per hour with a review after a 3 month probationary period.
