Main duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment and Onboarding Manager with a passion for education to join our fast-growing company on a permanent basis. You’ll be an important member of the team, helping us to look after our finances as we deliver our academic courses to over 2000 students in 2023.

About the role As our Recruitment and Onboarding Manager you will work as part of our HR Team and supporting our Service Delivery team to assist with our growing seasonal and Head Office recruitment requirements.

Main Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Leading on medium/large-scale recruitment for our seasonal delivery and
  • assessment processes/events
  • Working with hiring managers to develop role specifications
  • Overseeing the recruitment process from end to end, including organising
  • interviews
  • Developing our onboarding processes
  • Leading the Service Delivery team throughout all recruitment stages
  • Recruiting teams using various techniques - from adverts, social media
  • presence, head hunting, events
  • Conducting phone, virtual and face to face interviews with candidates
  • Overseeing RTW and DBS checks to ensure that candidates are fully
  • compliant to work
  • Report on progress to the wider team

  • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Person specification

Minimum requirements:

  • 3+ years Agency recruitment experience
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Strong administrative skills to handle and organise multiple records
  • Temporary contract recruitment experience
  • Confident communicator, with the ability to build genuine relationships
  • Committed, proactive, self-motivated and reliable
  • Creative thinker able to develop ongoing methods to identify and source
  • talent
  • Inquisitive with a constant desire to learn more and keep developing skills
  • People focused, confident, articulate, and a natural rapport builder
  • Ability to work in an energetic and professional environment
  • Self-driven but a supportive, collaborative team-player
