Business Improvement & Implementation Lead – London Borough Of Islington
I am currently representing London Borough of Islington who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a Rate of which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a Business Improvement & Implementation Lead you will be based at: N1 1XR

Job Purpose
· You will directly manage improvement and design projects working closely with Service Directors, their teams and internal and external service leads across the children’s and adult system to ensure this meet identified strategic and operational objectives for our residents.
· You will be based within the service area(s) you are working with, whilst a key member of the Strategic Programmes and Strategy service, responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic projects that bring about positive change for the children, young people, and adults we support
· You are someone who enjoys complexity and problem solving with an interest in service and system design approaches that put people at the heart of how we design, create and redesign services and systems
· You focus on ensuring that improvement and design projects are delivered effectively, are person-centred and that change is embedded and sustained in the business/service/system areas in accordance with good/best practice and project or change management processes.
· Examples of projects or programmes you will be responsible for are:
o Strategy development or policy projects such as implementation of new practice or sector-specific strategies
o Regulatory change project such as new powers or duties for implementation
o Organisation design projects such as new operating model design, service or system redesign and implementation
o Alliance projects such as establishing alliances or partnerships with a range of multi-agency partners
o Process, performance or system improvement projects such as implementation of initiatives to support greater function or practice collaboration / integration for improved resident impact and outcomes
