£36,386 - £42,155 pa
We are looking to appoint a Communications Manager to support development and promotion of the newly funded Centre for Antimicrobial Optimisation Network (CAMO-Net).
The vision of CAMO-Net is to create a leading global network, across partners within the UK (Liverpool/Imperial College London) and in lower/middle income countries (South Africa, Uganda, India, Brazil), for research and capacity strengthening on optimising antimicrobial use.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing CAMO-Net¿s internal and external communications strategy whilst providing ongoing strategic advice and support to the Director and CAMO-Net Head of Operations on communications policy.
The post holder will have extensive professional knowledge, technical skills and expertise, including experience in the creation of media campaigns to support knowledge exchange and the use of different modes and styles of communication to disseminate research and activities.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, together with relevant experience and demonstrable achievements within the area of communications/media/web development and management.
The post is available, on a fixed term basis, from 01 March 2023 for up to 30 months.
The role allows for hybrid/flexible working, but when on Campus the role will be based in the Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics.
