Overnight Trader
This is a remote role working between the hours of 10pm and 8am on a 4-on, 3-off basis.

We don’t mind where you are based however you must be able to attend our London office on Fenchurch Street for an initial period of onboarding and training and be able to attend the office on an ad hoc basis as required.

The ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential.

We build and support high-performance cloud-based Sportsbook systems for gaming companies. We work closely together - we support each other, but expect to be challenged on a daily basis, too.

This is an exciting time for Metric and we are working in collaboration with Lacerta and RacebookHQ to provide fresh and compelling propositions to the betting industry. As a 24/7 business it is vital that we provide first class service to our customers at all times and therefore this role plays a central part in ensuring that we are able to do so. As an Overnight Trader you will be expected to assist in all aspects of trading, including:

• Price Management
• Liability Management
• Bettor profiling
• Providing innovative suggestions to our US Sports offering
• Analysing market trends
• Identifying and investigate pricing concerns
• Managing integrity concerns
• Working with product and tech to develop new features and optimise existing trading tools
• Responding to customer queries
• Processing resettlements and error corrections
• Representing trading on major incident calls

You will also be trained on all sports so you can assist with any issues that may arise during your shift.

This position requires an experienced and talented individual with a proactive and inquisitive attitude, with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and someone who is keen to work together with their colleagues to provide first-rate service to our customers in a consistent and reliable manner.

We want a flexible person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a drive for constant improvement and a keen interest in US Sports would be an advantage but is not required.
