We’ll give you:

• A base salary of £20,475.00 - £21,937.00 (From 1st of April 2023)
• A fantastic uncapped bonus structure (OTE £23k - £26k per year)
• 4 Week Grad bay period - Hybrid work available (Performance Dependent)

• Fast-track career progression for top performers - (Account Director potential within 12 months if that’s what you want!)
• 20 days holiday which increases with length of service & 8 days bank holiday

• 9am-5pm Monday-Friday – No weekends! Not ever!

• Show a real hunger when it comes to spotting a potential customer and closing a deal with them

What will you be doing?

• You will be contacting prospects on behalf of our clients, securing warm appointments for our clients to win new business. The department works across multiple industry sectors, including; IT, Banking, Insurance, Automotive, Logistics and much more!
