Salary: £25,000 - OTE £35k!
Monday to Friday - Office Based
Trafford Park
Role:
- Responding to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible aiming to convert into an order
- Processing and managing from inbound contact (email/web/phone)
- Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to prevent invoice issues and disputes
- Work with the operations team to ensure the customers get the equipment they need when they need it
- Be inquisitive and establish what work customers are carrying out - to allow you to up/cross sell
- Work with the Customer Improvement manager to spot opportunities to sell additional items
- Maintain an understanding of our products and services and educate customers in the full range of products on offer
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's
- Provide a first-class service at all times
You:
- Customer Focused
- Experience of inbound/outbound calls
- Target driven/ results oriented
- Active questioning skills
- Proven experience in multitasking
- Have great attention to detail
