Commis Chef We are looking for an enthusiastic Commis Chef at the start of their culinary career to join the team - it’s a great opportunity to learn new skills and techniques from the existing, talented brigade and develop your career in a busy 5 star establishment. The role is full time, 48 hours per week, working a variety of shifts over 5 days. We have a range of restaurants at The Grove, giving you plenty of scope to move around and grow your experience in different kitchens across the resort. From à la Carte in The Stables to Sushi in the Lounges, BBQ’s and Italian cuisine in the beautiful Walled Garden and a celebration of international cuisines and live cooking stations in The Glasshouse, at the heart of the hotel.
