I am working with a high-performing private equity firm on their search for an experienced HR Coordinator for maternity cover. This role sits within the team of 12 in HR, and will support a senior HRBP, they are a very sociable and collaborative team!
The role
You will be covering the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be the first point of contact for all HR, Payroll and Benefits queries, coordinating meetings and interviews, completing rights to works checks and updating benefits and payroll administration.
Profile
The successful HR Administrator will be motivated and have a can-do attitude. You will have a minimum 1 years of experience in a similar HR Admin, Officer, or Coordinator position.
You will be used to working at pace in a busy environment and be flexible and agile to change. Ideally, you will have experience managing HRIS systems, great advantage if you have prior experience with Workday.
