The Orthotics Dept. at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital Oswestry is looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated person to work as an Orthotic Administrator in the manufacturing unit. The position is for 2 days a week – Monday and Tuesday and will be two 7.5 hours days with flexibility of working hours between 8am and 5pm on both days.
Full training will be provided.

Main duties of the job will be:
Despatching custom made and stock orthosis to clinics, Maintaining the stock held to include ordering goods, stock takes, receipt of deliveries. The use of Sage accounting software to input orders and create invoices.
General administration duties to include the maintenance of filing systems, photocopying, dealing with queries over the phone and via email.
The administrator will work alongside an immediate team in Orthotics manufacturing and with the wider team in clinical Orthotics across all clinical sites and with external companies. They will communicate with Orthotic Technicians, Orthotists, the Admin team and external customers.
