We have learning and assessment roles available in the following disciplines. Business, Travel and Tourism; Event Management and Public and Uniformed services.

Are you an experienced industry expert or teacher looking for your next challenge?

We are seeking knowledgeable and experienced business, travel and uniformed services teachers to join our new division focussing on the development of professional studies, as part of the team, as we embark on a period of innovation and sustained growth, in Business, Marketing, Accounting and Finance, Travel, Uniformed services and Leadership and Management.

We are growing our team of specialists to design and deliver (up to) degree level courses (incl Higher and Degree Apprenticeships), utilising their knowledge, experience and industry contacts to understand and focus on the needs of employers and the business and professional services sector.

About Burnley College

Burnley College is a forward-thinking, commercially-minded, £100million College within Lancashire, comprising five education and training brands, delivering further and higher education, apprenticeships, commercial training and adult learning programmes.

Lecturer A – Supported paid training including PGCE/Certificate in Education over two years to kick start your career.

Lecturer B – Academic contract for those who are already qualified and experienced or who have industry expertise in a specific area.

Lecturer C – Academic contract for those who are qualified, have lead groups or courses previously.

Trainer Assessor – to work with apprentices and those in work place settings to support progression.
