Job description
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and friendly reception staff to fill a 0 hour contract at our Chelmsford branch.
Weekend, school holidays and evening availability is a must with flexibility Monday to Sunday. The candidate will assist in the daily running of our Chelmsford reception; this will be an exceptionally varied role that will offer experience in front of house, occasionally in our call centre and also our coffee cart in our soft play area. This is a fast-paced position, which requires excellent multitasking, an upbeat and positive attitude, a proactive approach to up-selling and the initiative to maintain the standard of the department.
Tasks will include:
-Handling bookings (front and back house)
-Welcoming customers
-Dealing with customer queries
- Call center operations
- Checking in customers and ensuring they have waivers and correct gear
-Maintenance and upkeep of the department
- Ensuring cleanliness of all areas throughout the business
- Re-stocking of sales items
- Working with children
- Opens and closes
- Liaising with, maintaining and working on other departments when necessary
Previous experience in a customer serviced based role as well as point of sale will be highly preferred.
