Job description
Safe2Speak Domestic Abuse Services are commissioned by St Helens Council to deliver support to victims of Domestic Abuse across the region. We are looking for a resourceful individual who will provide support to the Safe2Speak Team.
- Manage referrals to the service for people who have been identified at risk of domestic abuse.
- Identify key risk factors for victims of domestic abuse
- Provide initial contact, advice and support over the phone and deal with self-referrals to the service, using the MERIT risk assessment tool
- Collaborate with partner agencies to address the safety of victims ensuring that their safety plans are coordinated.
- Assist the Safe2Speak Team to provide independent support to those victims
- Support the Safe2Speak Team with administrative tasks as and when required
