About the Role
In this role you will provide administrative and support functions to the Managing Director and the Operations Support Team. Specifically responsible for the coordination and minutes of corporate meetings, supporting the OSDM on quarterly quality audits and administration for Agincare Live-in Management Services.
Some of your key tasks will include -
- Supporting the Operations Support Team to assess and monitor the quality of the services provided by assisting with the quarterly audit in each operational company. This could include undertaking cross-checking telephone surveys and visiting clients in each region to gauge their experience of the service provided;
- To provide administrative support where required for projects that have an operational impact across the operational companies, including the recording of action logs and decision logs for the meetings;
- To support the Projects Operations Support Manager in the performance of their responsibilities;
- To assist with the smooth running of the live-in care service by supporting the Managing Director and Operations Support Manager in their administrative tasks, including the reconciliation of credit cards, booking of accommodation and the booking of training venues and meeting administration etc;
- To be responsible for the day to day management of stock, post and incoming calls for Agincare Live-in Management Services;
