What you’ll be responsible for:

· To have responsibility for the recruitment and selection of new staff and ensuring all staff participate in appraisal, continuous professional development (CPD) and mandatory training.

· Manage a delegated budget.

· Take the lead in specific Directorate / organisation project work.

· Deputise and provide support for the Network Manager as required.

· Work in partnership with the Nurse and AHP clinical leads in the relevant service.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written

· Microsoft office skills- Outlook, Word, and Excel

· Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

· Evidence of a wide range of clinical or operational experience, including experience in the NHS.

· Evidence of effective line management of a complex team of staff.

· Excellent co-ordinator, facilitator, educator and written and verbal communication.
