Executive Assistant/Operations, West Kent
£40,000 (Dependent on experience)
North West London
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm – some flexibility needed.
An exciting new role has arisen as an Executive Assistant within a high-end Property Developer based in North West London for a well-spoken and likeable candidate with a solid working history and a great work ethic.
This is a rare opportunity to work within an expanding and developing business as well as the chance for progression and earning potential. This will involve developing relationships at the highest level and running varied Personal Assistant duties as well as operational tasks.
Duties:
· Take responsibility for organisation for both personal and business diaries for the managing director
· Creating detailed travel itineraries
· Working without supervision to identify and solve problems proactively, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
· Ad-hoc project work.
· Providing a first point of contact for all matters relating to the Director, internal and external, including monitoring all incoming communications and email.
The successful candidate must have/be:
· Previous experience of providing EA/PA support at Executive level.
· Excellent diary and time management skills.
· Very solid knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes.
· Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
· A very high standard of personal integrity and discretion.
· A close attention to detail, with excellent organisation skills and the ability to review and reprioritise as needs change.
