Senior Customer Service & Complaints Executive (office based - Watford)

We are a friendly property surveying firm based in Watford and are looking for an experienced Customer Service & Complaints Executive to join our team.

We can teach you everything you need to know about our industry, but you do need to have experience at corresponding eloquently with customers over the telephone and by email, in an office environment.

We need a bright and bubbly person who loves customer interactions and is a real customer service professional. It's not all about complaints, as our customers are generally very happy with our service. You’ll also be dealing with vendors and estate agents, and with our field-based surveyors by telephone/email and sorting out any issues for them, so a friendly approach and rapport building skills are essential.

If you are self-motivated, with a positive attitude, can work in a team or independently and have a good sprinkling of resilience - then we'd like to hear from you.

This role is Monday to Friday role working 9am to 5.30pm (with one hour for lunch). We offer a competitive salary, 22 days holiday, pension, free hot and cold drinks, product discounts and our unique Houzepoints scheme that gives you additional flexibility on time off.
