JOB TITLE: Vector Sales support specialist
REPORTS TO: Lely Center Sales Manager
ORGANISATIONAL CONTEXT:

Center ensures the highest customer satisfaction and efficiency for farmers in compliance with Lely’s strategy and vision for the farm of the future.
Responsibilities include:
- Growing the adoption and market share of Lely’s feeding product portfolio and services and increasing the use of robotics
- Engaging customers in a long-term relationship with high-quality service and advice
- Creating and developing a dedicated process with the right knowledge and skills to become a professional and sustainable partner for farmers.
The Vector Sales Support Specialist:
- Works closely with the Lely Center Sales team, Business Support team and Project coordinators.
- Interacts occasionally with the Sales Support department of the Cluster.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Vector Sales support specialist works with farmers and the sales team to promote and develop the sales opportunities of the Feeding robotics product portfolio, assisting with all stages of the sales process and aftercare. The aim of the role is to create a positive end to end experience for the customer with the specific focus of adding value and developing customers to promotors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS:
Customer interaction & satisfaction
- Working with farmers to assist and support in the change to automated feeding. ✓ Knowledge Feeding Dairy &
- Provides excellent service to customers and Lely Center sales department throughout the sales process and beyond. Beef cattle

Sales Support & Administration feeding
- Develop and maintain processes to ensure maximum value is added to the farmer throughout the sales process ✓ Knowledge sales process
- Work with the project coordination department to produce accurate drawing and project plans ✓ Accurate

- Work with the FMS team to ensure maximum output and satisfaction from our products.

- Monitors KPI's and pays attention to the opportunities for automated feeding and the performance of our customers.
✓ Customer oriented
- Provides input to the Management team on market opportunities and performance.
✓ Driving Licence
- Develop strong relationships with the sales team to assist them with winning automated feeding business

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,500.00-£36,500.00 per year
