Salary: £43800- £65000

Role Objective: The Technical Operations Manager in the Infrastructure Platform Services Team supports Senior Technical Operations Managers in the delivery of both customer and colleage facing technology.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical background and deep understanding of Middleware components deployed in an enterprise environment in a shared service manner - preferably, in a financial service context.
- Experience of managing 3rd party vendors who deliver technical solutions into the business.
- The ability to work with Architecture & Security to set technical standards & strategic direction.
- Understanding of a microservice architecture in an enterprise and customer facing environment
- Strong operational experience across ITIL processes in a highly demanding environment supporting live customer systems.
- Working knowledge of APM Tooling
- An understanding of cloud technologies
