Index of Exempted Dogs - Administrative Support (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 2 Months (Possibility of extension)
Contracting Authority: DEFRA
Location: Nobel House, London ( 5 days a week in office)

As an Index of Exempted Dogs - Administrative Support your main responsibilities would be:
· Scan paper files and upload onto the system
· Follow file naming protocols
· Maintain security at all times
· Provide regular updates about progress
You’ll have relevant experience in:
- Candidate will need to work independently
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Be organised and strategic in organising their work.
- Must be able to follow and maintain file naming protocol
- Be diligent in ensuring they work in an ordered way
- Being able to provide regular progress updates to their supervisor
