A bit about the role...
Working as part of a Central Operations Team you’ll be responsible for managing a record of equity stores display equipment/planograms (chillers, sweet counter, impulse units). You will be ensuring efficiencies are identified and implemented in the operations department. As part of the role you will also provide and deliver reliable and accurate reporting and data analysis to the Operations Business
- Acquire data from available sources and support in maintaining databases/data systems by identifying any inconsistencies or inaccurate data.
- Own, develop and lead all data required for any significant and specific projects within the Central Operations Function
- Providing in depth analysis across all operations systems to advise on operations budget spend and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the data being input into the system is accurate and consistent.
- Improve existing business processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and optimisation. Improve quality and reduce errors by designing new business processes.

- Experience in supplying data and analysis reporting
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Knowledge of Power BI Reporting and Data Warehouse (or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to engage and influence colleagues across the business
- Experience in presenting confidently to colleagues of all levels

Shift Pattern: 35 hours a week Monday – Friday
