Operations Assistant
We are a looking for an Operations Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist the operations team in ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standard and our site teams have everything they need to complete their duties.
This roll will involve working weekends and travel to our sites across the UK so a licence and access to a vehicle is required.
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring stock ordered and audits are completed accurately and in a timely fashion. You will be responsible for maintaining communications with site teams and maintenance ensuring issues are identified, organised, and dealt with.
You will have to establish and maintain close working relationships with Guest Service, Reservations and Accounts to ensure business as usual can be continue with minimal issues or delays. This role can be high paced and require problem solving however the majority of time will be spent organising site teams and workload to reduce the stress points at bottle neck times.
You will be part of the team ensuring that pro-active maintenance is arranged, completed, and checked to assist in minimising reactive maintenance issues. This will include regular site visits where an eye for detail and high standards is required.

In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our housekeepers to be our eyes and ears in each guest unit, anticipating and reporting potential guest issues, and ensuring that each guest's experience is of the highest quality!
