JOB DESCRIPTION –CHEF / KITCHEN TEAM MEMBERJOB PURPOSETo prepare, cook and present food quickly and efficiently, with the key aim of delivering quality food to our guests to brand specification and within brand standard timings.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOur GuestsPrepare, cook and present food quickly, safely and efficiently to brand standard.Communicate and work well with the guest service team to ensure the delivery of great quality food and guest service.Deal with guest queries and complaints quickly and professionallyOur PeopleSupport the team by helping out others when required e.g. glass washing.Involved in and contribute at team meetings.Our PracticesTake pride toensure the kitchen and back of house areas, including backyard and team toilets / changing areas are clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times.Set up and closedown the department to brand standard including stock rotation and prep and par processes.
