Job description
Reporting to the Operations Managers, the Operations Administrative Assistant will support our busy team and oversee the multiple operations of the residential management. Being a key part of the team, you will take ownership and responsibility for daily tasks, and work with the team efficiently with the view of continuously improving business practices and identifying areas of change. You will keep accurate records and reports, and support the Operations Managers with all business tasks.
Please note that this is a part time position, working 4-5 days a week Monday to Saturday with a set schedule to be agreed between 8.30am and 7.30pm.
Other responsibilities include;
· Dealing with customer and cleaner requests and requirements - inbound and outbound
· General office and systems admin duties
· Posting job adverts on multiple platforms, reviewing references and meeting candidates
· Supporting the Operations Managers with any other activities as directed
Person specification
Essential
- Proficient in the Microsoft suite (especially Excel)
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to multitask a varied workload and be reactive
- An understanding of the regulations around customer data
· Ability to multitask a varied workload and be reactive
- The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues, clients and customers alike
· Highly organised and dedicated; a real team player
Desirable
· Experience in cleaning or administration
