We are currently looking to grow our ski sales team and are offering a unique opportunity to become part of the ski team within the well-established Travelopedia group. Travelopedia specialise in Worldwide flights, Summer holidays, Cruise and Ski Holidays and are one of the top 150 ATOL holders in the UK, we pride ourselves in finding the perfect holiday for our customers and offering excellent customer service.
We are looking for people ideally with previous sales and ski industry experience to join our fast-growing team.
Some of the key responsibilities will be;
- Manage enquiries both inbound phone calls and emails
- Ensure that you maintain excellent customer service with clients
- Proactively chasing all leads in a timely manner and ensure responses are sent swiftly to clients and with efficiently to maximise sales
- Hit monthly targets set by the company
Required Skills;
- Ski Resort knowledge
- Ski Supplier knowledge
- Good telephone manner & written communication skills
- Great organisational skills & attention to detail
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Office based (London & Surrounding Areas) with option to move to hybrid working once settled
Hours: Monday to Friday and some Saturdays during the season
Salary: 20k-28k basic plus commission uncapped
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
