Job description
Come and join us! We currently have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Operational Trainers to join our team in Willand, Devon.
- The hours of work are: 5:30am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday) with an earlier finish of 13:30 on Tuesdays
- The rate of pay is: £12.25 per hour
We are looking for 2 x Operational Trainers to join the production team on site. Your main job will be to provide training for our employees on the production line, ensuring they have the relevant skills.
Other duties include:
- Creating training documents/work and instructions
- Delivery of classroom and factory-floor based training
- Maintaining training records and matrices
As our ideal candidate you will have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good computer and literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal English is essential
Previous experience with a training provider or within a technical role in operations would be advantageous.
