Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate for this position is capable of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a friendly attitude despite often difficult circumstances. The individual selected for this position will work closely with our clients to respond to questions and will be responsible for completing the daily administrative tasks necessary to maintain an efficient service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with information about products and services to resolve their issues.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers verbally in a courteous manner.
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively with the public.
- Work as part of a team.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Order parts.
- Deal with suppliers
- Computer literate - training will be given
- Answer emails
- Answer calls
- General admin
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00 per year
