Job description
Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Online Sales Support to assist the online sales team in selling vehicles and products, using best practice techniques that comply with our selling processes whilst providing an outstanding customer experience. This position is offered on a full time basis, 8-5 Monday to Friday, with a salary of £22,500 and a fantastic career path reporting to the Online Team Leader.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Once you have joined, and been trained in the position, you will be expected to demonstrate the following:
- Booking in deliveries using AMG online approved providers
- Managing the implementation of the AMG online sales procedure
- Completing customer follow-ups to ensure CSI and Ford Pass compliance
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction through high quality interactions
