The Opportunity
Kite Packaging have a brilliant opportunity for a Picker/Packer Warehouse Operative to join their Warehouse team at their Coventry, Puma Park site. The role of Warehouse Operative:
Duties will specifically cover the following areas:
- Picking sales orders accurately ensuring hourly picking targets are met
- Use of barcode scanning handheld devices to record pickings and bin movements
- Driving low level order picker to transport picked goods to dispatch area
- Assisting with additional dispatch, goods in and loading tasks
- Notifying supervisor or management of any errors or stock discrepancies
- Housekeeping duties as per rota
The shift pattern for this role is 14:00pm-22:00pm Monday-Friday (non-rotating)
Key Skills and Operational Requirements:
The successful candidate will be the following:
- Experienced warehouse worker
- Physically fit
- Self-disciplined
- Numerate and literate
- Good communication skills
- Have a great eye for detail
What you’ll get:
- Basic hourly rate of £10.80 plus a bonus of £250 per month based on 100% attendance - (Hourly rate with bonus - £12.34)
- 20 Days holiday, in addition to bank holidays
- Monday – Friday 14:00pm-22:00pm (non rotating)

- he option to become a shareholder in the business after 6 months employment
