Our Telford site are now recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a part time, permanent basis.
Salary: £9,053.99 per annum
Working hours: (Part time) 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 12:00 OR 12:00 - 18:00
The purpose of a Warehouse Administrator is to ensure Goods In vehicles are booked, tipped and monitored in a timely, effective and accurate manner.
Key Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:
- Full control of booking in vehicles to allocated times according to the booking schedule
- Ensure all data is logged correctly and accurately on the Goods schedule
- Control all Goods in vehicles are directed accordingly and that this is communicated with the Warehouse
- Control the releasing of PANs to the correct booking references in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is signed in the correct manor
- Ensure all GRN’s and paperwork are filed correctly
- Create pre-advices for arriving stock on SCE
- Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is distributed correctly to other departments
- Ensure an understandable and accurate handover is given at the end of each shift.
- Other administrative tasks as determined from time to time by the Stock & Administration Manager
- Ensuring all client queries dealt with are managed in a timely and professional manner and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Ensuring client reports are accurate and communicated in accordance with agreed timeframes
- Ensuring all client non-conformance is properly recorded and fed back to the customer and corrective action taken
- Completion and circulation of non-conformance reports and control reports to relevant stakeholders
- Emailing EPODS to depots
- Scanning of loading manifests to drivers run sheets
- Printing McBurney labels
- Booking in visitors, contractors
- Assisting with yard sweeps with yard shunters
- Assisting with any other duties required
- Attention to detail/accuracy
