Located in Buckinghamshire on the outskirts of West London with excellent transport links by both road (M40/M25) & rail (Metropolitan Line & Chiltern Railways). Free parking on site.
The Customer Service Role
From providing a warm online welcome to potential or existing customers, through to helping customers select the right product for their needs, you will be responsible for creating a personalised shopping experience for every customer. No optical experience is necessary as we will provide all the relevant training, however, excellent written and verbal communication, a passion for helping people, working as part of a team and previous experience in customer service is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customer on inbound calls to convert into sales
- Managing live chat
- Outbound calls to customers to provide order updates
- Responding to customer emails
- Working closely with the merchandising team relaying customer feedback on products
- Working closely with the marketing team relaying customer feedback on new trends
- Dealing with customer complaints
- Managing online reviews
- Dealing with customer returns
Requirements:
- Be someone who is enthusiastic with a strong appetite for growth
- A passion for helping people
- Ability to resolve customer complaints in a clam and collective manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a previous e-commerce customer service role
- Speed and accuracy in typing
- Ability to work well in a team and independently

Salary: £21,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
