We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Online Tutor/programme leader to join our team on a flexi part-time basis and deliver high-quality tutoring in Business Analysis. As an Online Tutor, you will have the opportunity to share your expertise with learners from around the world and help them develop essential skills in this field.
This post is 100% remote.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct online tutoring sessions for individuals or small groups in Business Analysis.
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive lessons, tailored to learners' needs.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to students to ensure their understanding and progress.
- Assess students' performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
- Utilise various online tools and platforms to facilitate effective virtual teaching and learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and developments in Business Analysis to deliver relevant and up-to-date instruction.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Business Analysis or Data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, preferably in an online setting.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable teaching approach.
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position is competitive, ranging from £200 to £400 per week commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- 5-6 hours per week.
- Massive pay bonus every 3 months.
