Duties:
- Design and implement learning and development programs to enhance student and employee skills and knowledge
- Develop engaging and interactive content for training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and job aids
- Provide mentoring and coaching to students and employees to support their professional growth and development
- Collaborate with management teams to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions
- Partner with human resources management to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
- Present training sessions to employees, utilizing effective instructional techniques and public speaking skills
- Utilize Salesforce or other HR sourcing tools to track employee training progress and evaluate program effectiveness
Skills:
- Strong program design and content development abilities
- Excellent mentoring and coaching skills
- Proficient in human capital management principles and practices
- Knowledge of human resources management strategies and best practices
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other HR sourcing tools for tracking training data

Salary: £38,688.00-£42,535.00 per year
