Job description

This role is pivotal to our Admissions Office in ensuring there is organisation, good communication and strong co-ordination of diaries. The role holder will report to the Admissions Manager but will need to build strong relationships with several Admissions Officers and the Director of Admissions. The successful candidate will have experience of multi-tasking and will have transferrable skills gained from a similar or multi-faceted team. A key requirement for the role is to be the first-point-of-contact for directing Admissions queries so it is important that candidates are confident dealing with enquiries and parents from within and outside the UK.

We’re looking for a reliable, methodical and organised with good database experience. You’ll be able to demonstrate professional customer service. You’ll be unflappable and be able to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly. You’ll be confident dealing with the public and directing enquiries.

Experience of working in a busy office environment would be beneficial. Previous experience in a PA,

Administration, Project Administrator, customer service or in a front-of-house role would be helpful.

The salary for this position is £25,000-£30,000 dependent on experience.
