Job description

Meraki Accountancy & Finance’s client are looking to add a Finance Manager to the current team on an initial 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leading firm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Business partnering with various internal functions. Providing sound guidance and advice around departmental budgets & forecasts and helping to identify areas of improvements and costs savings.
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Preparation of departments P&L and discuss results with senior management team.
  • Work closely with the Tax & Treasury team to ensure optimal funding and tax structures in place.
  • Preparation of month end, quarterly and annual external reporting.
  • Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Production of management and statutory accounts
Experience required:
  • ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working to challenging month end deadlines.
  • Ability to lead and develop a transactional team.
