The Role
This will be a varied role, with your main focus being supporting the planning and execution of day-to-day operations at Bumbl. We are looking for an Office Manager who thinks creatively, communicates clearly and is highly organised. Based out of our office on Newcastle’s Quayside you will be joining a forward-thinking agency with a talented team.

Bumbl is a marketing agency based at Toffee Factory in Ouseburn, overlooking the Tyne. Shortlisted for the best small agency at the 2023 Global Social Media Awards, we help ambitious brands punch above their weight through strategic thinking, creative storytelling and an obsessive focus on consumer trends. Today, social media is at the heart of many of our clients' strategies.
Salary
Salary will depend in experience but will be in the region of £18,000 per annum (£30,000 per annum, pro rata) based on 24 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of new policies and procedures to ensure the business constantly improves
- Contribute to the planning and smooth running of projects and service delivery
- Checking work for grammar and quality
- Diary and email management
- Performing a variety of administrative tasks
- Manage multiple requests and priorities – staying calm under pressure, exercising judgment, and seeing beyond the day-to-day to anticipate changing needs
- Managing your allocated time efficiently and effectively to meet business needs
Requirements
- Personable: You love working with people and have a natural ability to handle challenges with charm.
- Very clear communicator.
- Highly organised: You can run a tight ship in a fast-paced world.
- Impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Taking pride in your work and striving to be the best at what you do.
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
