Job description
We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. You will have a HND in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
We have a very interesting and rewarding role of Field Service Engineer to work with clients in the Home Counties region . Your role will be to improve customer satisfaction, maximize customer retention, and increase profitability, whilst delivering a world class customer service experience.
What you will accomplish together with us
Provide service and customer support during field and inhouse visits.
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Produce timely and detailed service reports.
Ensure the timely and correct documentation of processes.
Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization.
Understand customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations.
Build positive relationships with customer
What will convince us
HND in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
High customer orientation.
Team spirit.
Familiarity with mobile tools and applications.
A suitable reliable vehicle will be required to use for which you will reimbursed.
