We are looking for Analysts to help deliver Capital and Impairment reporting for TSB’s Secured (Mortg ages) and Unsecured portfolio s.
The purpose of the role is to support the timely and accurate production of reports and to provide insight into monthly movements within TSB’s governance framework. In addition to this, the role holder will contribute to the continued development of new and existing processes and provide analytical insight and mitigation into emerging risks that will impact Mortgage customers. The role provides the opportunity to work with a number of key stakeholders across TSB and involves engagement with senior members of the TSB Risk Leadership team.
Although the role will be based in either Bristol, Gloucester or Edinburgh, you will be able to work flexibly between home and office. If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment in which to work without distraction and a consistent internet connection (download speed – 10 mbps; upload – 3mbps)
What we need today
We'd love our Analysts to have these skills and experience:
Ideally, you have a degree in a numerical or science based subject
Your analytical skills are strong and you have excellent attention to detail
You can work well on your own or as part of a team
You plan and organise your work well and can prioritise effectively
It would be great if you have some knowledge of credit risk
