We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reception Office Manager to join our talented staff community working from our client’s high end office building in central London.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to support the day to day needs of our clients, ensuring the delivery of the Sodexo brand values and standard of excellence . Main Responsibilities
- To ensure that Company, Client and Statutory regulations regarding Hygiene, Safety, Fire and Security are complied with at all times
- Review the completion of the monthly rota, ensuring adequate cover of all areas, taking into account holidays, sickness and trainings
- Provide day to day direction to the team – Sodexo 3 Steps for Safety and Safety moments are recorded on Salus weekly.
- Take appropriate action to address service issues to the satisfaction of the Client and company in order to maintain client loyalty
- To manage the collating of data for reports and ad-hoc documentation to ensure that the client/facilities management team receive appropriate information in a timely manner
- Master all aspects of the FOH Team duties, to ensure everyone in the department perform to the highest standards (Reception, Future Room Bookings, Switchboard, Helpdesk and Floor Captains)
- Ensure any technical faults for meeting room booking systems, equipment or other software are reported to the IT Helpdesk, keeping your line Manager informed
- Build and develop the various systems to optimise the usage and data – Global Maximo / SAFE / booking systems / Helpdesk etc.
- Compile the Monthly report in line with the contractual requests to include data across the department.
You will have previous experience in a similar position in a corporate service environment. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to deal with occupational challenges in a professional and positive way.
You will also have:
- Excellent Microsoft IT skills- Excel, work and PowerPoint
- A keen eye for detail
- A positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate
- Exceptional organisational skills and be able to work flexibly in accordance with business needs
- A commitment to ‘getting’ the job done without compromising service levels and professionalism
- Team player with a ‘hands on’ approach for obtaining excellence in service delivery
