Primary responsibilities include transferring patients in a safe and appropriate manner by means of walking, wheelchair, stretcher, or beds. The Patient Transporter escorts or transports patients or deceased individuals within a hospital, senior living, or another medical facility. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
