Our client is the creator of some of the most fun (not to mention addictive!) titles in Gaming, and they have an immediate start temp to perm opportunity for an Office/Executive Support within their Office Operations team.

This role would suit someone with a blend of PA and office coordination/management experience looking for an opportunity to share their ideas and actively contribute to an award winning company culture! Fully office based in the heart of London's West End.

Duties include:

  • Admin support to Founders - predominantly dairy management and travel
  • Working closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of more complex office operations
  • Full organisation of company events, celebrations and incentives (think puppy yoga, cocktail masterclasses and wellbeing retreats!)
  • Supplier management and comms
  • Travel management for wider group
  • Processing expenses
  • Being the driving force promoting a buoyant, creative working culture
  • Guidance and mentorship to 2 Office Coordinators

Your experience could include:
