Data Entry Clerk is responsible for transferring paper formats into computer files or database systems. Type in customer information provided directly into an electronic format and create part profiles in ERP system to support RPA end to end planning.

Salary: $18-$23/hr
Responsibilities:
- Enter personal customer information into databases as collected upon forms or purchase orders
- Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management
- Collect and determine the completion of all information prior to entering data into software programs
- Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry
- Follow privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law
- Create Part Profile in XLims ERP system using standard format
- Ensure correct worksheets are attached to the part profile in XLims
- Ensure all quality related documents are to the latest revision as requested on the purchase order
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Degree preferred
- Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software
- Strong written and communication skills with clients and customers
- Ability to follow instruction and work independently
- Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately
- Detailed oriented
