Scott FPS Ltd is a well established family run business based in South Wales with 30 years experience in the fire industry. We are currently seeking a Permanent Office Assistant to join our team based at our office in Barry.

Key Responsibilities:
- To provide admin support to the team
- Process invoices within a timely manner to include scanning and emailing
- Follow up on outstanding invoices
- Manage the set-up of new customers and update maintenance database as and when required.
- Answer telephone calls and emails
- Lock up at the end of the day
- Other adhoc duties to support the smooth running of the office
Key skills and experience:
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and processing skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to work well individually and as part of a team
- Well organised with a methodical approach to work
- Able to work to deadlines
Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or proven experience
Salary: National Living/Minimum Wage pro-rata
Job Types: Part - Time, Permanent
Hours/Working Pattern:
Afternoon shift 12.45-17.00 Monday to Friday
Holidays: Annual Leave Plus Bank Holidays – Pro-rata
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21.15 per week
Salary: £10.42 per hour
