Job description
Available Job Today The CBR editorial team is looking for eager writers to contribute comic book features under the leadership of our Lead Features Editor. Please note, this role does not involve video production or script writing, but rather thoughtful and fun analysis on old and new comic books. It doesn’t matter if you’re an old fan or a new reader, a seasoned journalist or a first-time writer, we are looking for applicants with a passion for comics and the willingness to share their ideas with a growing community.

Responsibilities
- Write a minimum of 5 per week in CBR's house style (following training and a peer mentorship period)
- Regularly pitch feature ideas
- Accept and apply any/all feedback received by the editorial team
- Communicate openly and actively with the editorial team

Applicants must be highly motivated and possess the following requirements:
- Some relevant experience in writing and editing
- Broad working knowledge of old and current comic books, tv shows, original streaming programs, video games, anime, manga
- Comfortable working in an entirely virtual environment
